Family Tree Leadership Academy

Family Tree Logo

Family Tree is a Leadership Academy for young children and their families where we focus on the holistic development of the child as well as encouraging and supporting the parents in creating stable, loving homes; characterised by a love for Jesus and each other.  We have a play group in the mornings as well as half day and full day care from the age of 3 months until Grade R.  Our first Grade 1 class is opening in January 2017!

Family Tree SchoolOur Strategy

We believe the family to be the primary place of nurture for young children; a responsibility no parent can fully delegate to any other person or institution. At Family Tree we strive to create an environment conducive to the holistic development of the child, whilst interacting and supporting parents in creating joy-filled, nurturing homes. Our programs aim at the development of the entire person, addressing and instilling perceptions; attitudes and skills imperative to a life devoted to a higher calling.

Our Objectives

We strive to co-facilitate the development of individuals equipped to integrate their faith with daily living. Our programs aim at the transformation of the entire person, ranging from the skills necessary to conduct sustainable relationships with God, self and others; to the competence needed to sustain in business

Our Curriculum

At Family Tree Leadership Academy our curriculum consists of training sessions for the parents and personnel, a stimulation program developed for 0-3 year olds, a curriculum developed for 3-5 year olds and CAPS curriculum combined with extra stimulation and development for Grade R and Grade 1. Our programs are written by our own team, consisting of teachers, a speech therapist and an occupational therapist.
